Our manufacturing facilities
VIRTU has its manufacturing facilities. In total it is a united manufacturing subdivision in Chekhov which is 55 km from Moscow. This subdivision with up-to-date equipment is divided into processing and assembly shops and warehouse for finished goods.

Metal shop
- We manufacture metallic structures out of sheets, pipes, profiles and wire.
- Laser cutting, bending, welding, polishing, powder painting and other technologies are used in our workshop.

Wood shop and painting
- We process MDF, chipboard, and plywood using the best European equipment. We work with veneer, HPL plastics and other decorative surfaces.
- We regard MDF painting as important for the perception of a future furniture in store.

Plastic shop
- We process a wide range of sheet materials, including acrylic glass, PVC, polystyrene, polycarbonate, PET, composite materials and various decorative plastics.
- Processing is carried out on CNC milling, laser and digital cutting machines. The site is equipped with roll and flatbed digital wide-format printers.

Assembly
- It is divided into three groups: bespoke furniture projects, assembly of serial store equipment, assembly of plastic products.
- Comprehensive and sophisticated projects is what we like and our distinctive feature.

Electrical works
Our projects always contain a lot of lighting elements, lightboxes and various digital solutions. Our team includes an electronics engineer as well as an electrical installation team that has all the necessary safety certificates. -
Certificates and Standards
- VIRTU is certified to ISO 9001. We are also regularly audited to Sedex and Ecovadis standards.
- We are committed to use the Lean manufacturing tools.
- We provide the required certificates and documents before installations in shopping centers and in case of international projects.
