Project stages

VIRTU offers you a comprehensive service in custom furniture solutions for retail and commercial spaces. The scope of work depends on the specific project. Specifically, we offer consulting services, can design POSM, retail equipment and prepare overall design for your store or commercial space.
Introduction
Our manager would tell you of the company and email you a pdf-presentation including examples of our completed projects, selected based on your preliminary data: market segment, the task you are facing with.
Clarifying the project brief
We would scrutinize your project brief and ask clarifying questions concerning functionality, dimensions, operating conditions, deadlines, material preferences, and the possibility of using alternative options.
Preliminary calculation
Based on the results of the previous stage, we would prepare a commercial proposal for you indicating the price and timeline.
Signing of the Contract
If you approve the price and timeline, our specialists would visit the site to get its measurements, if required by the project. Based on these measurements, the project parameters are clarified and the price is adjusted. The Contract is then signed.
Engineering drawings
After an advance payment for the project in accordance with the terms of the Contract, our we would preparу all engineering drawings.
Production stage

The complete set of drawings is transferred to our manufacturing site in Chekhov, where the technological documents are elaborated, materials are acqired, and then all parts and components are produced and assembled.

Acceptance meeting

After the production stage, we would invite you to an acceptance meeting and, if necessary, draw up a list of items to improve. If the prototype is discussed, the series production is launched.

Logistics and installation

We would package finished furniture taking into account transportation and storage conditions, ship them to a warehouse, or install at the intended location. If the installation stage is performed by the client, we would provide detailed specification for it.

Final stage

After installation, a list of items to improve, if any, and the deadlines for their completion are pointed out. The parties sign the Acceptance Act, and payment is made under the Contract. We provide warranty and post-warranty service throughout the entire service life.
