On October 16, the first RETAIL EXPERIENCE conference took place at the AZIMUT Hotel. It was dedicated to modern trends in the retail marketing industry: consumer behavior analytics, customer experience trends, techniques for increasing brand loyalty and sales, Interactive Digital technology, the evolution of the Skin Care and cosmetics market. The event was organized by the association POPAI RUSSIA with the support of VIRTU as a General Partner.

The conference program was useful both for representatives of brands and retailers, and for companies offering their services in various areas of marketing in retail: in addition to interesting speeches, an exhibition area operated in the lobby, and participants could exchange the newest information on new industry products. 

Specially for the conference, we prepared two booklets which were dedicated to corrugated POS and individual branded furniture. Two pianos, black and white, served as symbols of that two our activities on our exhibition stand, and music from the “Seasons” by Antonio Vivaldi sounded. Videos on three assembly sites, slide shows of completed projects and a video with three pianists performing the mentioned music were shown on a large screen.

The conference has evoked interest to itself: it was attended by representatives of many famous brands and retail companies.
